We repair, support, service and maintain Contex scanners. We stock all consumables and major parts for current scanners and a good selection for the older models. We also fully support OCE, HP and other scanners some of which are based on Contex.
Reprotec can install your scanner system on Windows XP, Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. We have the appropriate drivers and software.
As well as installing the standard Contex software i.e. WIDEsystem, Nextimage, Scanner Maintenance, we can install older software e.g. WIDEimage, JETimage We also can install SCP systems or other applications as required.
We can, in the most cases, migrate your existing system to Windows 7, 8 and even 10 but, please contact us in advance for initial advice and guidance.
We are specialists in Contex scanner repair and maintenance, and provide on-site repair and servicing throughout the UK and Ireland. We have a choice of service levels from one-off repair to annual maintenance agreements. All our engineers and technicians are Contex trained.
Our service and repair work is carried out using genuine Contex parts and carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.
All scanner repair work is carried out to the highest service level and includes as standard a full service of your machines. We carry a full set of consumables and major parts with the intention of getting your scanner in full working order on our initial visit. We can, if required, update your systems to the latest (appropriate) software and firmware.
