Ad-hoc Repair or Service

Reprotec offers to service or repair your scanning system; we specialise in large or wide format scanners.  We also install the appropriate software and applications and will assist in their migration to windows 7, 8 or 10.  Additionally, we supply and fit appropriate consumables.

Service Maintenance Agreement

Reprotec also offers a maintenance agreement to ensure the best possible service. Your calls will take precedence over all ad-hoc repairs and additionally guarantees a 8 hour response time. The maintenance agreement covers call out fees, hourly rates, and all parts excluding consumables making it a very economic option. Please enquire for full details.


We have in stock all consumables for all major scanner manufacturers.  Additionally we can supply inks for cannon and HP printers and plotters.

New and Used scanners

Need a new scanner or a refurbished scanner then we can help.  We also loan or rent scanners and digitizers.
